Did you know that in the original ‘Minder’ series Arthur Daley’s car lot was a place on Churchfield Road?
Did you also know that Acton is the birth place of ‘THE WHO’ , so if you ever watch CSI you can think, as the intro credits role, these guys lived here!
AND, as if that wasn’t enough pop knowledge to blow your socks off did you know that scenes from both ‘Aliens’ and ‘Batman’ were filmed in the old Acton Power station?

What’s more, you can be part of that Acton, get to know some of the old timers, the passers-through, and the down and outs each week on the Market Church stall! Wow!

This week we need one more person for the morning shift (10-12) and two for the afternoon (12-2)… can you give some time?
