One of my flatmates is getting married in July, so will be moving out. This means we will have his room available from July. The room is large, but needs some redecoration, which the landlord would do, but at the moment both him and his wife are not too well, so this may well not be as instant as usual.

The upside is the rent is £200 a month for a large room with use of the rest of the house, (lounge, kitchen, guest room) and comes with a huge garden, which the landlord until this year has maintained, but is not well enough to do it this year, so we are cutting our own grass. It is in a quiet cul de sac and is a 5 minute walk to the 207 bus route. It comes with 2 lovely female flatmates. The landlords live in the house next door and are lovely. Someone who likes people would be advantageous! Bills are about £80 a month.

The downside is that it isn’t in Acton, but on the Ealing Side of Southall! Oh and we have foxes living at the end of the garden! (but they keep themselves to themselves!)

If anyone knows someone who is looking for accomodation, send me a message. I will put it on the Christian house share website at some stage. Viewing the room may be a bit difficult at present as we don’t think our flatmate knows what the vacuum cleaner looks like and I am too busy to sort out my own room, which is the same size, but should be possible to see my room and the rest of the house in a couple of weeks time.

We have been waiting for the landlord to paint the room (which he has done) and to put a new carpet down (which he is doing at some stage!!!!), but the room can be seen now (although at present it has no furniture in it as it is all in the spare room!!!) First house I have lived in where the landlord does not worry about long delays in getting someone new!)

if you know of anyone, who is willing to live in Southall,(5 mins from 207 bus, 8 mins from 607, 15 mins from train station that gets to paddington in about 15-2 (…..kitten decided to sit on the keyboard and has now decided that it isn’t quite so comfortable afterall and has migrated elsewhere to sleep, so I can continue!) 15-20 minutes.
