Finally managed to wangle out the date from my non communicative male flat mate - early July!
Only downside is it is in the Hanwell side of Southall, but 5 mins from 207 bus route etc and the rent (presuming the landlord doesn’t put it up - which is fairly unlikely!) is £200 pcm, plus about £80 a month for bills!
Worth travelling for! (but people on the upper scales of extroversion need not apply!)
