Tim Sudworth

Minister in Charge

Tim has been working as a leader in the Anglican Church for nearly 20 years, in areas of youth, children and mission covering most of the country, the last six of those years as a Vicar. He has MA in Theological Education with a particular interest in preaching, mission and leadership. He has spoken and trained on leadership and mission in such far flung places as America, Australia and New Zealand. He has co-authored several books on prayer and mission and enjoys all avenues of learning.  In his spare time he is the husband of one wife, father of four children, owner of one dog and plays rugby for Guilford, occasionally.

Lauren has spent the last three years studying and training for Ordination in Cambridge. She grew up in Harrow and has lived in Nottingham and Belfast. She has degrees in Criminology, Christian Theology, Ministry and Mission and a graduate diploma in Psychology. She has previously worked for the NHS in a number of different administrative roles, volunteered for Prison Fellowship and worked as a community support worker for a Restorative Justice Project.

In her spare time she loves exploring city life, country walks, drinking red wine and watching films and box sets – especially Greys Anatomy.


Ruth Robinson

CAP Centre Manager, Service Leader, Preacher

Ruth has worked here for 15 years as Oak Tree’s administrator and has lots of experience in how to keep a church running smoothly. Ruth is now our CAP Centre Manager starting in June 2016. She’s also a twin mum.


Olivia Coghill

Worship Pastor

Olivia loves curry, knitting, Bethel music and worshipping God with all her heart. She is married to Danny and they’ve just had a beautiful baby girl.
